Right of withdrawal
The satisfaction of the buying customer is important to Zicplace. Upon receipt of your musical instrument, you have 14 days to return it if you are not satisfied with it. For more information, see the article "Right of withdrawal" in the general terms and conditions.
Please note that for a multiple order, the right of withdrawal is calculated from the receipt of the last article, always according to our general terms and conditions.
You have to send a letter or an Email with the order number, the word "retraction", the date of the order, your name and delivery address. A very simple form is attached in our General Conditions.
Minimum warranty of 2 years (new instrument) and 6 months (used instrument)
The warranty is 2 years minimum for new products, and 6 months for used products. Sellers may offer a longer period, but never shorter, our marketplace for the sale of musical instruments recalling the consumer code in our general conditions, chapter "Warranty of products sold by Sellers Advertisers". A warranty against hidden defects is also described in the general conditions.

Responsibility of the Seller
The condition of the musical instrument must truly conform to the one sent, especially for second-hand products. Zicplace asks you to respect the seller and the buyer by being frank about the known defects and the general appearance of the product: keys not working, non-original varnish redone, etc.
