The HR16 is one of the first drum machines from Alesis. With 49 sounds including 10 kicks, 7 snares and a full ethnic set, all 16-bit samples, this drum machine is a great deal! The HR-16 has its own sequencer with 100 patterns and 100 songs available. The drum sounds can be tuned and have individual level controls for mixing. The 16-voice polyphony allows up to 16 drum sounds to be used in a pattern. The patterns are programmed in steps or in real time. With external click and Midi inputs, the HR-16 is able to integrate your old drum machines or sequencers with Midi systems! The sounds are close to the Yamaha RX11.
