Refund policy
Your purchase is guaranteed when you pay at Zicplace. You get your money back if the instrument was not sent or if it doesn't match the description.
Second hand instruments are guaranteed for 6 months and you have 14 days to test the instrument with your money back : no surprises or inconveniences! After this period, we will find solutions to satisfy you.
