The TR-707 drum machine from ROLAND, released in 1985, is practical in the studio or on stage and economical compared to a TR-808. Separate outputs allow you to mix and add effects per channel. This machine is modern: a liquid crystal display allows you to compose the rhythms easily and visually, unlike other machines. It is equipped with a MIDI interface. A CV sync output in mini-jack format is possible. You need a mini-jack to 6.5 jack cable if you want to trigger a modular or a synth or arpeggiator in 6.5 format, such as a Roland Juno 60. A recognized sound of electro artists: the Cow Bell of the TR-707! Simple and effective. We like or dislike the sound of this electronic drum set, the queen machine of the House and Pop of the 1980s, precursor of the Chicago House. They loved it or still do: for example by Laurent Garnier, Chemical Brothers, DJ Pierre, Arnaud Rebotini, J-Zbel, Mr Fingers, Minimum Violence, or Legowelt. THE CLASSIC TB-303 IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND Battery powered, the TB-03 is the direct descendant of the famous TB-303 Bass Line synth. The layout and controls being unchanged, it works just like the original. And thanks to Roland's ACB technology, which recreates the hypnotic fluid grooves of the magical silver case, it sounds just like the original. But this new TB-03 goes even further by offering several improvements over its predecessor. The 4-character LED display makes programming easier and more precise, while overdrive and delay effects let you create a real tribal sound wall that can put crowds into trance. In the studio, the TB-03 can send control information via MIDI or via its USB port, which can also be used for 24-bit/96 kHz audio interfacing.
THE ICONIC BASS AND BRILLIANCE OF THE MOST FAMOUS DRUM MACHINE IN A MORE AFFORDABLE AND CONTEMPORARY FORMAT The TR-08 is a carbon copy of the TR-808, arguably the most influential drum machine in history. The 808 not only expanded the sound vocabulary of music, but also defined and even made possible many musical genres. Adored by musicians and producers around the world, it remains an instrument that many creative people don't want to do without. In terms of look, sound quality, and handling, the TR-08 can be considered a full-fledged 808 in the Roland Boutique format. Every detail, such as the grain and punch, has been respected and completed. Only comfort and reliability are now in the taste of the third millennium.
Based on the world's most famous and influential drum machine, the TR-8S combines the best of Roland tradition with modern production techniques and professional sound design. The result? A unique instrument that's ahead of its time, designed to be ultra-efficient. Build your dream kit from cult percussion sounds or from a collection of samples from our extensive library, or even from your own samples. Choose, pitch and tune your sounds with physical controllers and production tools that will make your patterns come alive and groovy. But why keep such percussive power away from studio walls? A revolution designed for the stage.
Analog power... easy to use. The DrumBrute integrates 17 analog percussion and drum instruments, including 2 kicks, snare, clap, open and closed hi-hat, high/low toms and congas, maracas, rimshot, clave, tambourine, zap, cymbal, and even an inverted cymbal. The 17 analog instruments have multiple independent parameters that can be changed to achieve the perfect sound. Combined with this, a Steiner-Parker output filter (2 modes) allows you to add dynamic frequency sweeps and powerful bass drops. Despite the performance and power of this machine, achieving the perfect beat is still extremely simple and fast. Each function has its own dedicated knob, pot or pad. So you'll spend less time navigating menus and submenus and more time composing. Fans of old-fashioned drum machines will feel right at home with its familiar layout. Infinite creation. DrumBrute is packed with a wealth of advanced features that will satisfy even the most demanding musicians and producers. Lay down your groove with the Swing feature, get inspired when composing with the Randomness mode, expand your beat with the Step Repeat, Roller and Looper features, add a little punch to your rhythm by accentuating a particular element. Compose endlessly. On the sequencer side, each of the DrumBrute's 64 sequences can contain up to 64 steps, and can be chained together in Song Mode. The DrumBrute also has extensive connectivity and synchronization options, including Midi, clock, 1PPS, 2PPQ, DIN24 and DIN48. This means that the DrumBrute will work perfectly with all your other modular instruments, synths, and sequencers. Equally at home in the studio or on stage. The DrumBrute is truly an essential tool for the modern producer. It has dedicated audio outputs for each instrument channel giving almost unlimited options for external processing and multitrack recording. It also has 3.5mm and 6.35mm headphone outputs so you never have to look for an adapter. Finally, this drum machine can be used in its own right as a Midi interface to control your DAW. With a rugged casing, strong pads, and really functional pots, the DrumBrute will satisfy the use on stage as well, even after many shows. By constantly striving to improve the quality of its products, Arturia has created a rugged and durable instrument that is ready for life on the road.
